goldensparkler.com believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has, therefore, a liberal cancellation policy.
The customer needs to write to support@goldensparkler.com requesting an order cancellation. The support team will check with the logistics team if the order is yet to be shipped. We accept yet-to-be-shipped order cancellations.
Since goldensparkler.com deals with products of a sensitive nature, we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is shipped.

However, we realize that exceptional circumstances can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply. Therefore, we will honor requests for a refund for the following reasons:
• Non-delivery of the product: Due to inordinate or some postal issues you might not receive a delivery from us. In this case, we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to us at support@goldensparkler.com in writing/email within 3 days of receipt of material which will be notified to you through email. Otherwise, the product will be considered received.
We will not be responsible if the email or phone number provided to us by you during order placement is incorrect or temporarily or permanently suspended.
• Major defects: Although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be submitted for our Technical Support Team’s approval. We keep the right to replace a defective product with a non-defective product of the same category of your choice. If any deficiency is approved and we fail to replace it within 30 days from the date of receipt of the defective product by the company, the refund will be issued to the customer in full without any compensations or reimbursements. OR, at the customer’s choice, replacement of the product of the same or around the same value can be offered.
Apart from the condition reserved hereinabove, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:
Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
• Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
• Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.
